Robyn Wiley

Robyn founded her art collection management firm Wiley & Company in 1995, which manages the operations for several high-profile private art collectors. She has served on the board of New Langton Arts in San Francisco, a non-profit organization dedicated to funding emerging artists, and works closely with the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and the Denver Art Museum overseeing collections which have been partially gifted to these institutions. She and her clients strongly believe in sharing the artworks in these private collections with the public, and so her firm is responsible for loaning numerous artworks each year to museums around the world.

A fourth-generation Californian, Robyn grew up sailing, canoeing and hiking in the San Joaquin Valley and the Coastal and Sierra Mountains. Her family instilled in her a great respect for the environment, which over the years has included involvement with the Nature Conservancy, Greenpeace, the Sierra Club, and Ebbetts Pass Forest Watch (opposed to clear-cutting).

Robyn holds a degree in Art History from the University of California at Berkeley and attended the Academy of Art in San Francisco majoring in interior design. A former dancer, Robyn is also a lead actress for several Marin County theater companies and has appeared in industrial videos and independent films.
